The Stamford Brook development is a phased housing scheme built on land that once formed part of the Dunham Massey estate in Altrincham. TEP has provided planning and consents advice to housing developers for the scheme including the submission of planning applications for several phases of the development.
TEP has provided detailed landscape masterplans for the development and has managed the discharge of planning conditions for the site.
A key feature of the project is a river re-alignment scheme involving the creation of a new river valley and wildlife corridors and the restoration and enhancement of Sinderland Brook.
