TEP were commissioned by Scarborough Borough Council to prepare a masterplan and feasibility study for the Mere and Oliver's Mount in Scarborough.
The proposed masterplan is for commercial leisure and community uses on a 640 acre site currently used for football, motorcycle racing, angling and agriculture.
Working with economic consultant’s BE Group, TEP identified viable leisure-oriented uses that would fit in a woodland framework and contribute to landscape quality.
TEP undertook community consultation based on 4 masterplan options. This was used to inform the final masterplan with broad costs and next steps also provided to take the masterplan forward.
