TEP was appointed to prepare a landscape and urban design masterplan for Platt Bridge centre, Wigan. It provides the basis for attracting funding to implement environmental improvements to the area.
The scope of the works included a landscape masterplan, conceptual drawings for key areas, detailed perspectives and budget cost estimates.
TEP undertook various stages of stakeholder consultation to establish some baseline parameters to inform the masterplan proposals and pin point the key areas for detailed design.
The proposals were presented to the local community to obtain feedback before finalising the masterplan report.
