TEP was appointed by Persimmon Homes Northwest Ltd to produce a landscape masterplan for the Farrell Street residential development, located on the banks of the River Mersey in Warrington.
The landscape masterplan includes proposals for high quality hard and soft landscaping within the development and identifies surfacing, boundary treatments and street furniture.
The scheme also includes proposals for the riverside promenade with provision of a new public open space and play area connected to the development by a strong landscaped boulevard.
TEP also produced detailed planting plans for the development as part of the planning application.
