TEP was appointed by a group of Registered Social Landlords (CDS Housing Ltd, Liverpool Housing Trust; Riverside Housing and Maritime Housing Association) to undertake a feasibility study assessing how the RSL's can work together to establish the joint procurement of landscape management services for a number of housing estates in Runcorn.
The study reviewed how landscape management services were being secured, delivered and monitored within each of the RSL areas and provided recommendations for improvement of the procurement and management of these services, in line with current best practice guidelines.
