TEP was appointed by Mottram Investments to assess the suitability of the trees on this former mill site for retention within a new mixed-use development. This information informed the design layout and avoided potential conflicts later in the planning process.
The tree-lined banks of a brook that runs through the site were highlighted as important landscape features. These were incorporated into the development to retain the site’s riverine character.
TEP also provided a range of ecological services, including water vole and bat surveys.
