TEP was commissioned to provide specialist advice regarding landscape planning, trees and protected species in relation to a new training facility. A Phase 1 habitat survey, detailed planting plans for planning approval and an arboricultural assessment where produced as part of the works.
The new training ground is on the outskirts of Bolton and will be developed over a number of years. The first phase of the scheme comprises a series of grass and artificial outdoor pitches whilst the second phase includes construction of new indoor and outdoor facilities. TEP has worked to discharge planning conditions and has been retained to continue to provide advice as required throughout the ongoing development process.
