TEP was appointed by Warrington Borough Council to produce concept designs and a vision statement for the Palmyra Quarter of the town centre, following completion of the Warrington Town Centre Public Realm Strategy.
The Vision Statement develops an overall vision, detailed concept designs, costs and a five year vision for the Palmyra Quarter, known as the Cultural Quarter of the town centre.
TEP worked with public artist Stephen Broadbent to develop a way finding concept and incorporate public art, gateway features, bespoke street furniture and way finding into the design, which is guided by the Town Centre Public Realm Strategy document.
