TEP was commissioned to complete an As Built Assessment for the Sedgemoor Road housing development in Liverpool, building upon the design stage assessment completed in 2008.
The development includes the construction of 18 houses on an area of land previously owned by a nearby church.
McInerney Homes provided the ‘As Built’ landscaping proposals which allowed TEP to provide confirmation of the credits which can be awarded.
Working with the Landscape Architect throughout the project allowed TEP to ensure the landscaping proposals contained all the necessary information so the As Built Assessment could be undertaken to the timescales set by the client.
