TEP has completed a range of services on behalf of Nightingale Associates for the development of a new NHS centre in Greater Manchester. The project involves the demolition of five disused buildings and the construction of a new building in the footprint of the demolished buildings.
The BREEAM ecological assessment was informed by the ecological and arboricultural surveys undertaken by TEP. The BREEAM assessor compiled the report based upon the conclusions and recommendations of all previous surveys and utilised this information to determine the ecological value of the site.
TEP made recommendations to ensure BREEAM credits are achieved as well as creating a local environment which if embraced and nurtured will inspire positivity, engender pride, and have an influence on the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of patients.
