The University of Warwick has appointed TEP to complete BREEAM ecological assessments for the development of all new areas of the campus.
They are committed to achieving a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and employ TEP to provide detailed advice on how to maximise credits for Land Use & Ecology.
TEP initially analyses the detailed ecology surveys over the whole campus to ascertain the current ecological value of the particular development site and provide advice and recommendation on how this may be enhanced.
The BREEAM specialist works closely with the design team to ensure advice is tailored to the specific needs of each individual site.
