Since 2005 TEP has been assisting John McCall Architects and Liverpool Housing Trust achieve the Castlefields Regeneration Project’s aim of improving the physical, environmental, social and economic well being of the area in Runcorn.
TEP completed bat surveys, arboricultural surveys, Code for Sustainable Homes surveys and landscape design. Our Code specialist co-ordinated the work of our multi-disciplinary team to ensure features of ecological value were protected and enhanced whilst also maximising the credits awarded under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
John McCall Architects communicated directly with our Code specialist who provide updates and disseminated information to all members of the team working on the project. This allows effective management of the project as our Code specialist manages a number of sub consultants on John McCall Architect’s behalf.
