TEP coordinated an Environmental Impact Assessment for a 19.8 hectare mixed used commercial development at Cooil Road, Braddan on the Isle of Man. TEP undertook assessments of landscape and views and ecology as part of the EIA.
As part of the identification of the impacts of the development consultations were undertaken with statutory consultees and the Isle of Man Department of Local Government and the Environment (DoLGE).
