Welcome to the information page for the Waterhead Public Realm project. The purpose of this page is to provide up to date information on the consultation process. During the period May 2009-December 2009 we will be posting the latest drawings, ideas and ways in which interested parties can get involved.
A Public Exhibition was held at Ambleside Library from 21st September to 3rd October 2009. Three concepts were displayed for the enhancement of Waterhead and the public has voted for their preferred option.
A handbook of the exhibition can be downloaded here. It explains the concepts and describes how the public vote will be taken into account in the choice of the preferred option.
TEP is currently finalising the preferred option and report for the scheme and this will be displayed on the website shortly.
