Kirsty Bailey, Environmental Consultant, Market Harborough office
Kirsty has a First Class degree in Countryside Conservation from Aberystwyth University, and has held a number of roles at Norfolk Wildlife Trust including Reserves Officer (Broads, Coast and Wetlands). Kirsty was responsible for managing newly acquired nature reserves; including Pigneys Wood and has led on a fen restoration project. Following a couple of years working in Australia, Kirsty has joined TEP to further develop her passion and skills in soil science and sustainable agriculture. Kirsty has joined TEP in the Market Harborough office support our expansion into rural and agricultural enhancement projects. She also supports the Land Management team, working on sites throughout the Midlands for a range of clients, including Homes England.
Antony Geddes CMLI, Associate Landscape Manager, London office
Antony returns to TEP, where he started his career in 2006. Back then, Antony was part of the Stewardship Team after completing his degree in landscape design and planning, and subsequent diploma in landscape management at Sheffield University. Antony also has a MSc in Horticulture from the University of Reading.
Antony now has 18 years of experience in the industry, following stints at Gillespie LLP and Applied Landscape Design where he oversaw works on site at the London 2012 Olympic games. Further roles with a leading Landscape Contractor and a reputable London design practice have contributed to Antony’s unique skillset and experience in both landscape design and management.
Antony has recently completed a law conversion and LPC at the University of Law and has a keen interest in environmental law. Having returned to TEP, Antony is leading a number of exciting projects, including a Site Management Plan for Craig-y-Nos Country Park in the Brecon Beacons and a Green Infrastructure Strategy in Abergele.
Connor Tucker, Graduate Landscape Manager, Warrington office
Connor obtained a BSc (Hons) in Conservation Biology from the University of Chester in 2020 and subsequently completed his MSc in Ecology and Environmental Management at Liverpool Hope University in 2021.
Connor brings with him experience as an Environmental Laboratory Technician in addition to several roles at local wildlife charities, which included wildlife and vegetation surveys and the management of landscapes.
Connor joins our team in Warrington and provides landscape management advice to our clients predominately through the preparation of landscape and ecological management plans and invasive non-native species reports, following his research into the effects of Himalayan balsam on native species recovery in riparian habitats. Connor is a member of the Landscape Institute and the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
Vincent Riozzi, Graduate Landscape and Estates Manager, Warrington office
Vincent also has a MSc in Ecology and Environmental Management from Liverpool Hope University, and brings with him practical conservation experience gained whilst working as an assistant ecologist. Joining TEP in our Warrington office, Vincent contributes to the delivery of our Estates Management Services for Homes England within the North West region. Vincent carries out regular site inspections to identify, record and mitigate hazards and defects in addition to procuring and monitoring the resulting remedial works. As part of this, Vincent is regularly liaising with the client, contractors, and a wide range of stakeholders.
Rob Starkie, Graduate Landscape and Estates Manager, Warrington office
Rob graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc (Hons) in Geography and MSc in Environmental Science before joining our Warrington team earlier this year. Rob’s role is primarily centred on the delivery of our consultancy agreement with Homes England. Rob has gained experience in producing and instructing packages of work, which involves liaising with both our client, Homes England and contractors. He has also been involved in the Procurement process and the management of Landscape Maintenance contracts.
Sam Talbot, Graduate Landscape and Estates Manager, Market Harborough office
Sam graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Physical Geography and has recently undertaken a temporary summer internship as a Catchment Support intern for the Trent Rivers Trust where he was able to build on the analytical and data management skills gained through his studies. Sam joins our Land Management team in our Market Harborough office as a Landscape and Estates Manager and will be working predominantly on the delivery of the Estates Management Services within the midland’s region for Homes England.
