TEP is delighted to celebrate its recent success in passing external audits to retain ISO standards for 9001, 14001 and 45001 and achieving 100% in our Achilles UVDB Category B2 audit.
The auditors from Alcumus ISOQAR spoke highly of TEP’s people, processes and systems that enable us to continually demonstrate our commitment to Health & Safety, Environment and Quality and how we embed this in all our services.
The auditor was also extremely complimentary about the staff they engaged with, commenting that they displayed enthusiasm and passion for their jobs. The auditor also stated that some of our systems and databases were amongst the best they had ever seen!
These two successes come hot on the heels of our Investors in People Gold audit this summer with marks above the industry average.
