Delivering Environmental Resilience & Sporting Quality

TEP has strong environmental, landscape and ecological skills, and since its inception we have promoted the sustainable design and management of green space and recreation facilities.

More recently we have engaged with the amenity landscape and sport sectors providing advice in water and soils management, conservation and design.  Our approach is pragmatic and proactive and we always seek solutions which deliver multiple benefits.  We are holistic and creative thinkers.

Our team is led by Gwynn Davies, Associate Land Manager.  Gwynn has wide ranging experience including golf course management and agronomic consultancy, working within Europe, the USA and Asia.  He has practical experience in the sports turf, agriculture and grounds maintenance industries, and has undertaken sports surface assessments, analysing and maintaining performance whilst remaining sympathetic to the natural environment.  He is rapidly able to identify opportunities for sustainable water management, habitat creation and landscape enhancement; he is a good collaborator and skilled communicator.  Gwynn is supported by TEP’s blue and green infrastructure specialists, landscape managers and GIS technicians.

TEP’s unique combination of in-house services puts us at the forefront of consultancy, providing advice and support to the sports sector; helping our clients to realise and maximise the value of sports assets, delivering on their sustainability agenda and creating solutions with long term benefits to the environment.
