As part of our continued growth, we’re delighted to announce the expansion of our team with the addition of Richard O’Shea to our Market Harborough office, extending our reach across the East Midlands.
Meet Richard
Richard returns to TEP with over 15 years of arboricultural experience, specialising in tree risk management, veteran tree care, and heritage landscape preservation. With a background spanning both contracting and consultancy, he brings a wealth of knowledge to lead our regional operations in the East Midlands.
Richard is focused on providing innovative, data-driven solutions using tools such as Tree Plotter to deliver efficient and sustainable tree management. His expertise enhances the multi-disciplinary services we offer to a wide range of clients, including rural estates, councils, and developers, ensuring bespoke support tailored to each project’s needs.
Our expanding team strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality arboricultural services across the UK, supporting biodiversity, sustainable land management, and environmental protection. We’re excited to welcome Richard and continue championing solutions that highlight the essential role trees play in our landscapes and communities.
